What is actually shaping your appetite?

GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes after you eat. Researchers link it to feeling full and to how appetite settles between meals — and a handful of ordinary daily habits are associated with how well that system works.

This assessment scores those habits and shows you, plainly, where yours stand. It is more than willpower — and it is measurable.

The PulseDays results screen: a score of 18 out of 100 with a personalised recap

This is for you if

  • You finish a meal and you are hungry again well before the next one.

  • The afternoon dip and the evening are when everything falls apart, not the morning.

  • You have done the structured attempts — the plans, the apps, the tracking — and none of them told you which part was actually the problem.

  • You want to know whether a change worked, rather than guessing.

If you are looking for a diet, a meal-replacement, a supplement, or a number of pounds by a date, this is not that and will disappoint you.

Why habits, and why a score

GLP-1 is a hormone the body produces naturally, mostly in the gut, in response to eating. It is part of how the body signals that enough food has arrived. That system is influenced by ordinary things — what a meal is built from, how regular meals are, how well someone slept, how much they moved.

None of that is news. What is genuinely hard is knowing which of those things is the weak link for you specifically, because the honest answer differs between people and no average can tell you.

So this assessment does the unglamorous thing: it asks about the habits research associates with appetite regulation, scores them, and names the two that scored lowest for you. Then the programme works on those two, in that order, and you retake the score later to see whether anything moved.

The comparison that matters is you against your own earlier days. Not against a population, not against anyone else on the programme.

What this is not

  • This is not a medication and has no connection to any prescription medicine.
  • It is not a supplement. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to swallow.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • It will not tell you how much weight you will lose, and you should be sceptical of anything that does.

Questions

Is this a supplement or a medication?

Neither. It is a written programme plus a coach. There is nothing to swallow and nothing is shipped.

Is this related to prescription weight-loss injections?

No. The membership has no connection to any prescription medicine and does not claim to replicate or replace one. GLP-1 is simply a hormone the body produces naturally.

How long does the assessment take?

About two minutes. Sixteen questions, no account, and no email needed to see your score.
